Big ups to one of my best buddies, Dave Matthews, aka the next big time sportswriter. His first story for The Pantagraph (reporting the dirtiest of the Dirty Dirty) was published yesterday. The article was a charming little piece on some local Special Olympic athletes, very moving.
Congrats, my man, I expect to be reading you in SI in just a few short years.
